Hi I just wanted to write and say how having the same person on an inspection is so reassuring Diana has become like family she is professional and friendly anything we report gets rectified and she keeps in touch with progress I have rented with Thomas Lardner/Gascoigne Halman for 7+years and David used to inspect Diana is just as fabulous an inspection can be seen as an intrusion but Diana doesn’t make it feel like that she’s friendly and relaxed and it’s a pleasure to see her every 6 months
Diana is a credit to your company and I hope she stays on inspections as this makes an inspection personal I hope she gets the credit she deserves
