I have been asked to report on my findings in respect of the regular property inspections carried out on the above-mentioned property.
I do so as follows:
The Property Inspections are always carried out by Diana Booth.
She has always given plenty of notice regarding the time/date of any pending inspection and arrives promptly at the arranged time.
Additionally, she has always been amenable to re-arrange any visits should it be necessary to fit in with my own commitments and availability.
Diana makes every inspection visit a pleasurable experience. On each visit, we invariably engage in many topics of conversation, ranging from a personal level to national events and even to the weather etc.etc.
At the same time, she has always conducted the inspection in a thorough, sympathetic and professional manner.
