Hi Hannah,

I just wanted to let you know that Michelle Daly put our minds at rest on Tuesday evening after our electrics went off at 5:30pm. She attended our property within 20mins of our call. We had two electricians attend our property to rectify the problem.
Michelle then called us the next morning to check all ok. She has now informed our landlord of what needs fixing. Very good service.
