We wanted to send a note of gratitude and to let you know about the incredible service provided to us recently by Louse Harrison, Lettings Manager of your Heaton Moor branch. Louise went above and beyond any expectations we had to ensure we found a suitable rental property in the area recently. We will always be grateful for the genuine consideration Louise gave to our situation and to her for helping us find a solution at what was an extremely anxious, uncertain and stressful time for our family. Having sold our property, we found ourselves seeking a rental property in the the area at very short notice. At the time, we contacted every rental agent in our local area. We can safely say Louise was the most understanding and accommodating of all. Louise efficiently arranged a number of property viewings in close succession and assured us she would liaise with the Landlords accordingly. Louise took time to listen and understand our circumstances from the very first telephone call. Just to hear Louise assure us she could help us at the time was overwhelming. Of course she was true to her word! The professional manner in which she managed our situation was exemplary. Louise is exceptional at her job and an absolute credit to Gascoigne Halman. KD
