We sold our house through GH's Marple Bridge office & bought our new house through their Poynton office. James, Rebecca and the team at Marple Bridge were very professional and helped us immensely in the sale process. Katy and Dave at Poynton were likewise very professional. Katy for allowing us numerous visits to the new house before we decided to buy, and for helping us negotiate with the sellers. Dave, on his seemingly never-ending calls to other buyers/sellers in the chain,) persistence to keep everything moving and keep us in the 'loop'.
