I would highly recommend these guys (Hale Office) for their professionalism and honesty. The whole process went very smoothly, even though it felt stressful at the time, having not moved in 31 years. We used their recommended solicitor, who was equally professional and extremely thorough, and we used them for both sale and purchase. We had regular updates from the team, and they went the extra mile to help you with any queries you had. Excellent communication, from Bobby’s guidance with going to market the property, to Vickie’s follow-ups from viewings, but special thanks to Rachel, who was supportive and very true to her word with regular communication and excellent knowledge of the industry. 10/10
