Every member of staff on the Glossop team, led by John Sweeton, was friendly and totally professional during a protracted and stressful house sale and purchase. In particular, I would like to commend Karen Armstrong, who was 'on the ball' from start to finish. She really cared about me as an individual and was always there to explain difficulties and to show genuine empathy.
