Great job done by a great team. James was very helpful at the start, providing a desktop valuation and then an in person valuation. Photos organised quickly and were online within a few hours. The property was tenanted and the team worked very well with the tenant when arranging viewings etc. Offers came in quickly and the property sold within 6 days. All of the team were amazing.
