The Chapel office has sold us 4 properties in the area in the last 4 years. The most important thing is getting the sale price right or you're stuck with them. Peter was right on the button with all 4 and each sold fairly quickly. Amanda Pete and Laura found us a buyer in a position to proceed each time which took a lot of the stress out.
